Cancellation policies
Tout changement ou annulation de réservation doit être formulé uniquement par écrit. Si les taxes d’annulation sont moindre que l’avance déposée, la différence sera rendue au client. Les conditions individuelles d’annulations peuvent aussi être appliquées aux réservations de groupes (11 personnes au minimum).
Dans le cas où les conditions mentionnées ci-dessous ne seraient pas appliquées, nous nous réservons le droit de facturer une taxe d’annulation de 300,- CZK / personne pour les réservations individuelles et une taxe de 5% des services confirmés et réservés pour des réservations de groupes (11 personnes au minimum). For cancellations more than 48 hours prior arrival the cancellation fee 300 CZK will be charged, for cancellations less than 48 hours prior arrival you will be charged the amount of the first night, unless there are determined stricter criteria for cancellation conditions by individual hotels, hostels or guest houses. For top terms individual cancellation conditions apply.
For group reservations (more than 11 persons) individual cancellation conditions apply - according to the conditions of the hotel.
