Tout changement ou annulation de réservation doit être formulé uniquement par écrit. Si les taxes d’annulation sont moindre que l’avance déposée, la différence sera rendue au client. Les conditions individuelles d’annulations peuvent aussi être appliquées aux réservations de groupes (11 personnes au minimum).
Dans le cas où les conditions mentionnées ci-dessous ne seraient pas appliquées, nous nous réservons le droit de facturer une taxe d’annulation de 300,- CZK / personne pour les réservations individuelles et une taxe de 5% des services confirmés et réservés pour des réservations de groupes (11 personnes au minimum).
