• vegetable salads - cabbage salad, mixed pickles, pickled onions
• garnish - variety of cheeses. Dried apples, pears, grapes, wallnuts. Variety of bread. Baked potato. Cabbage pancakes. Famous "Czech Kuba" - hulled grain with mushrooms.
• main dish - roasted duck with honey sauce. Deer leg with baked apples and wine sauce
• dessert - buckwheat pudding with apples and cinnamon. Cinnamon pancakes with plum jam.
• unlimited beer, wine, mulled wine, apple juice, water
• glass of sparkling wine as midnight toast
• enterteinment - band playing the historical instruments. Dancing show with fire and sabres. Gun shooting.
