Commentaire: Everything was wonderful EXCEPT - we were under the impression that we could pay with our Visa. Then, when we arrived, we were told the machine was broken and we need to go get cash from an ATM. This was mentioned in another review, so I think it happens often. If you'd like cash, please state that in your confirmation email. Travel is very stressful and since your location has no parking, trying to get money at the last minute was irritating. Also, our booking stated that there was protected parking close by. But, when we arrived, we were told there might not be room for us in the parking garage. There was, but I think that since I told you that we need protected parking and you said it would be available, it should have been arranged prior to our arrival. (Traduire)
